DIRECTIONS: In the aquarium, use 5 mL (1 capful) to every 40 L (10 gallons*). Repeat daily as required as long as fish show no stress. For 1 hour dips, use 3 mL per 4 L (1 gallon*). Dips may be extended if fish show no evidence of stress. In case of eye exposure, promptly and thoroughly wash eyes with water and seek medical attention.

Seachem MetroPlex treats several common protozoan parasites and bacterial diseases in aquarium fish, including Cryptocaryon, Hexamita, and Ichthyophthirius (Ich). Metro+ is a powdered formula that uses a powerful, proven ingredient to systematically target infected areas for rapid healing. It is extremely safe and may be used as a bath or given with food.
As a Bath: As a bath treatment for external microbial diseases of marine and freshwater aquarium and pond fishes (e.g. hole-in-the-head and lateral line), use 1 capful (~9.7g) per 10 gallons of water. Short-Term Dip For Marine Fishes: Mix the proper amount of BiFuran+ into a container of conditioned freshwater and place the diseased fishes into the container with gentle aeration. Allow the fishes to remain in this dip treatment until they can no longer remain upright or show other signs of osmotic stress (typically no longer than 1 minute). After treatment return the treated fishes to normal seawater for recovery. Repeat daily as needed.
